The Kindness Cafe is a digital media location where we can all learn how to humanize our workplace. Although not a wiki, we encourage feedback on ideas to make your workplace more people-centric. We are focusing on creating an awareness that all organizations are the reflection of its people. Communication between us is one of the tools we use to hear what it is like where you work.
